Naveed’s experience includes corporate strategy development and implementation, identification of target markets, assessing market structures and competition, strategic land acquisition, procurement, bid management, and M&A transactions of utility scale solar and wind projects. Naveed has extensive renewable energy project management expertise preparing and managing the bid process for over 2GW of renewable energy projects, including involvement at various stages of over 1GW of projects currently in operation in local and international markets.
Geoff Stoker-Lavelle
Co-founder of Venn Energy, Geoff Stoker-Lavelle brings to the firm over fifteen years of executive level experience in the renewable energy sector, and an additional five years in international business development and corporate finance. Geoff’s expertise includes corporate strategy and implementation, managing complex M&A transactions, project development, forming and managing strategic partnerships, and successfully delivering projects through competitive bid processes. Geoff has extensive expertise building a successful international development business through targeted project acquisition of high value development assets, managing transactions from origination through project implementation.
Muren Guler
Partner and Head of Asia Pacific & Europe at Venn Energy, Muren Guler brings to the firm over fifteen years of hands-on experience in global renewable energy project development and investment, project management and business development. Muren’s experience includes project origination, development, / co-development, Joint ventures, strategic alliances, deal structuring, fundraising, negotiation, sell / buy side advisory in M&A transactions and EPC Management. Muren has extensive expertise in origination, execution and providing technical & commercial consultancy at various stages of over 2 GW utility scale solar and wind projects globally. Muren holds MSc in Energy Technologies and Management.
